(but most people call me Ash)

I’ve always been a talker. The girl who spoke up when she “should’ve” been quiet. The one raising her hand to read out loud, telling stories that cracked people open with laughter—or made them cry. I got in trouble for it, but the truth is—my voice and my perspectives have always been my power.

I have a mass communications degree in advertising, but I’ve been living this long before the credentials. From selling church fundraiser tickets as a kid (because people couldn’t say no to my conviction), to building a global business rooted in truth-telling—I’ve used my words to create the world I wanted to live in.

I’m a certified psychospiritual life coach, a feminine embodiment teacher, and an initiated ancestral healer. I’ve helped women rewrite their own stories so they could write paradigm-shifting bodies of work, deepen intimacy in their relationships, and generate multiple six and seven figures in their businesses—all by reconnecting to the truth of how they communicate.

But my greatest qualification isn’t what I’ve done for others.
It’s what I’ve reclaimed for myself.

There was a time I lost my voice—not literally, but spiritually.
I tried to scale. I hired the fancy coaches. I contorted my expression to “do it right.”
And I burned the fuck out.

Coming back to my voice… learning how to be with it, how to honor it, how to channel it from my body, not just my brain—that changed everything.
